Welcome! It's time for a change.
Like many people this past year, I decided it was time for a change. I left the ever-expanding large healthcare company where I worked for 12 years, and started my own private practice. It has been even better than I dared to hope it would be.
I love spending more time with my patients so we can develop the honest relationship that allows for high-quality personalized care. I'm thoroughly engaged in holistic health, preventative care, and evidence-based medicine.
In-office appointments: Fridays 9am-5pm
*Currently, in-office appointments are available on Fridays only
now due to office space limitations.
We are in the process of obtaining a new office,
and we plan to expand our hours by the Fall of 2022.

WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?
Welcome! Just schedule your appointment online and we'll email you all the paperwork you'll need to fill out. Please bring your photo ID and insurance card to your first visit. If you want to bring specific medical records for me to review, then feel free to do so, but I don't need to review everything. We can always help you request records after your visit if really needed.
DO I HAVE TO GET A PELVIC EXAM?
Of course not! Don't be nervous to come see me. We don't start Pap smears until age 21 now, and most women do not need them every year. Although an annual exam is recommended every year for all women, a pelvic exam is not always necessary. We'll discuss what is recommended specifically for you at your visit, and we'll do what you feel comfortable with.
ARE YOUR SERVICES COVERED BY MY INSURANCE?
It depends on your insurance plan. Few plans cover absolutely everything. You may have a co-pay or a deductible to meet. It's best you check with your insurance carrier directly to know what your plan covers. If we don't take your insurance, you will be expected to pay on the day of service and then we can provide you with a bill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
